Reef Systems Corp is looking for Program Manager(s) to oversee Multi-Discipline Healthcare Services at multiple United States Coast Guard (USGC) clinics nationwide. The USCG Clinics provide a full range of healthcare services to active duty, retired military personnel and their dependents.
The Program Manager will oversee clinic performance and provide Contract Administration. The PM will act as the point of contact for the in resolving all matters related to the Contract.
Work Location:
U.S. based telework. Up to 25% travel required.

The Program Manager will oversee clinic performance and provide Contract Administration. The PM will act as the point of contact for the in resolving all matters related to the Contract.
- The PM shall have at a minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Health Services Administration, Healthcare Resource Management or other area that demonstrates the ability to manage distributed healthcare providers
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-disciplinary, multi-site healthcare staffing services.
- Strong interpersonal skills working and leading distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Experience managing 5 or more healthcare clinics preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship is required
