M-F, with standard hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) and no late evenings, nights, or weekends.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Shall have a minimum 3 years of nursing experience and additional basic knowledge in areas of anatomy, physiology, infection control, and management concepts.
- Contract personnel basic knowledge and skill level includes read, understand, speak, and write English fluently and proficiently.
- Principles of excellent customer service.
- TRICARE benefits.
- Quality control and risk management.
- Medical terminology, medical forms and records management.
- HIPAA guidelines for release of medical information; general medical and legal ethics.
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer operations, including operational skills with Microsoft applications (Windows, Word, Excel,)
- Personnel shall understand the importance of meeting deadlines/suspense’s.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of current ICD-9 coding desirable, but not required.
